Description

OE Peer Group #1 Measuring the Networked Nonprofit: This peer group will help participants learn and improve their organizational measurement and learning practices. Each session will be based on a chapter of the book, “Measuring the Networked Nonprofit,”. Each session will share a case study, framework, and tips. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss and share how they can apply techniques to improve their organization’s use of social media or networks. Between meetings, participants will work on implementing one small step or technique or design as part of an action learning project. Participants will use a wiki to keep an action learning journal and share their insights. There will be a learning culmination at the end of the program, an opportunity for participants to formally present how they improved or made measurement learning an organizational habit or their action learning project.

All sessions are 60 minutes except the learning culmination which is 90 minutes
